H2O Fire Services employs CFAA certified technicians for all fire alarm installation, inspection, and verification work.

System Types

Conventional, addressable, and single-stage or two-stage configurations — selected around building size, occupancy, and the requirements of your local authority.

What H2O Installs

Panels, annunciators, smoke and heat detection, pull stations, audible and visual devices, and the field wiring that ties them together — installed and verified.

Inspection Requirements

Ontario Fire Code requires a minimum annual inspection and test for all fire alarm systems. H2O also offers flexible scheduling — monthly, quarterly, or periodic visits — for high-occupancy buildings, care facilities, and complex systems where more frequent service is warranted. All inspection documentation and verification reports are created and provided by H2O for building owners to submit to the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) as required.

Certified Panel Programming

Panel programming is a specialized skill most fire protection companies don't offer. H2O technicians are certified to program, commission, and modify fire alarm control panels from leading manufacturers — configured precisely to your building's layout, occupancy, and code requirements.

From new installations to zone modifications and system expansions after renovation, our certified programming capability means no waiting on third-party technicians or manufacturer reps. Complete fire alarm coverage, one team.
